Penguin

This is a picture of the Penguin's assistant. This one is from the Lego Batman series. I got the idea from a McDonalds toy that I had. Here, he is going down a hill on his belly. At his feet there is some snow like the exhaust that comes out of the exhaust pipe on a car.

Robin

This is a picture of Robin. I drew him because I was bored sitting up in my room. He's not as good as the dragon, but he's still pretty good. His legs aren't the same thickness, but at least he has them. To help me, I used the Batman and Robin DVD that we have.

Sea Serpent

This is a picture of a sea serpent. I drew it in 2007. I got the idea of drawing it from a man at my school who does an art club. He draws all sorts of really good pictures. This picture took me a really long time because of its scales. I started off with his face which is a circle. Then I added the fins. After that, I worked my way into the detail. Back then, I wasn't as good of an artist. That's why I didn't put the spikes on his body on top. Then I added color to the face, the fins and the body. My favorite part about this picture are the fangs.

Dragon

This is a picture of a dragon that I think is really good. I put lots of detail into it and was going to color it, but didn't get a chance to. My favorite part is the horns. I like them because of the shadow and the texture that I gave it.

Silverback gorilla

This is a picture of a cartoon Silverback gorilla. My favorite part is that his back is straight and he's a little chubby. To me, he doesn't look like a silverbck gorilla. He looks like a little kid gorilla.

Hammerhead Shark

This is a really funny cartoon hammerhead shark. It's the way little kids think about it. It has a jagged tail and a tool belt. The hardest part was drawing the details on the tools.

Crazy Chimp

This is a picture of a crazy chimp. Since he is a cartoon animal, it is appropriate for him to be wearning pants and not a shirt. My favorite part is how, on the right side of his pants, it pokes out overlapping his arm.

Baby Duck

This is a picture of a baby duck. The part that gives him his personality is his eyes. His head is just like a normal baby because of the shapeand the chubby cheeks.

Evil Lion

This is a picture of an evil lion. He has a lot of detail. He has detail on his mane and a lot of detail on his arms and chest. My favorite part about the lion is his eyes -- it gives him personality.

Monarch Butterfly

This is a picture of a Monarch butterfly that I drew. The amazing part about it is all the detail. If you look at it very close, it doesn't look too cool, but if you look at it from far away it looks like a real Monarch butterfly.

My favorite part is the edge of the wings.

Evil Scientist

This is a picture of an evil scientist. To get the nurse-color green and the peachish-brownish color I used water color pencils. To blend teh colors together, I used an eraser since it wouldn't rub with my finger. I made this evil scientist a cartoon character. Pretty soon I will start working on a comic strip for him. When I started drawing him, I wanted to put purple tufts by his ears, but when I tried that it was too hard. Sorry for the mess on the paper.

Frog

This is a picture of a Bullfrog on a lilypad. In real life, a bullfrog would not be able to site on a lily pad because it is too heavy. This is an American bullfrog. It has spots. It's legs are yellow and it's back legs are always bent.

Fish

This is a picture of an Angel fish. It is blue and yellow, but you can see other ones that are different colors. My favorite part about this fish is its big wavy tail.

This is a Tiger fish. You can tell that it is a tiger fish by the stripes on its back. I like this fish because it reminds me of the siberian tiger which is almost extinct.

This is a picture of a Zebra fish. You can tell it is a zebra fish because of the stripes that go from it's fins to its waist.

Turtle

This is a picture of a box turtle. I like it because it's related to frogs and they're my favorite animal. This one took me three hours to draw beacuse I had to get the legs right, I had to get the tail right and I had to get the shell right. And I also had to do the coloring.

hampster

This is a picture of a hampster. This one, I drew the outline first, and then I worked on the details inside the outline. The right hand does not have an arm because it was too hard for me. This one I colored by using water-color pencils. I might have missed a couple of spots like the spot by his leg, but the spot by his eye was supposed to be like that.

bee

This is a picture of a bee. It has really long legs. At first I thought that its legs were too long and I wanted to change them, but then I liked it. I didn't outline the the detail on its wings because my marker was too thick.

This is a drawing that I drew on July 1st, 2008. The kinds of pencils I used for it is a regular graphite, colored pencils and water colored pencils. It took me at least half an hour to draw because I had to get the lips right and I had to get the body right and I had to get the hair right.

Junior

This is a picture of Junior that I drew from a plastic figure. This is just a basic drawing, but if I wanted to I would add color and shade in a few other spots.

Dr. Hamsterville

This is a picture of Dr. Hamsterville. This one I colored because I had the colors that I needed for him near me. he is also a plastic figure. I think I could have done a little better, but this is really good too.

Yosimite Sam

This is a picture of Yosimite Sam. This one was also drawn by a plastic figure. I shaded in a little more than Junior.

T-Rex

This is a picture of a T-Rex. I drew it on June 30th. This one I colored with markers and colored pencils. at the eye, there are specs of black on the green, but you can't really see it that well with a small picture. The red part by his mouth looks like a tongue, but it also looks like some flesh between its jaw. When I drew it, I couldn't figure out what it was and I still don't know.

Digger truck

This is a picture of a digger truck. I drew it because I wanted to draw different construction trucks like cement mixers, bulldozers and cranes. Then I put them on a big piece of paper and added background.
